It’s not something I’ve ever had to organise before and it was
a very sad time in our life. Mike was amazing and explained the whole process and was always ready to answer my questions and make last minute changes at our request to the funeral. This company goes beyond service, they were respectful and caring on the funeral day, Mike - assisting my aunt back to her car as she felt unwell , nothing was too much trouble. The celebrant Jill was truly fantastic and Mike’s recommendations helped our service be the best it could be in the circumstances.
In Chester there is only one company I’d

The staff were all kind and considerate. They carried out all our wishes precisely. As I was quite a long way away it was very important to me that I could make contact easily at any time. Everyone who attended the cremation were most appreciative.

My wife and I made funeral arrangements through yourselves as you were recommended to us. We were not disappointed the advice and service were really exceptional. Geoff, Mandy and the team at Goolds are beyond excellent in their professionalism. Mandy has immense empathy and we felt wrapped in a warm hug throughout the whole process. Mandy recommend Jane Sturgeon as our celebrant and she was also a wonderfully kind and compassionate person. My mother in law was absolutely in the safest hands and I confidently recommend Goolds for your family.
